WORKSHOP: 'TOOLBOX THEORY & PRACTICE'

Find your own path and autonomy, with Anouk van Dijk

Join Anouk van Dijk as she explains what the Countertechnique Toolbox consists of, and how to implement tools in your own dancing. On Day 1, Anouk will give an in depth overview of the Countertechnique Toolbox and the theory behind it. On Day 2, you will explore what a tool is and how to apply it effectively in class. You will be guided through the process of how the Toolbox can be a useful guide in making personal choices, resulting in a more pro-active engagement in daily practice, and in dancing in general. This workshop is most relevant for people who have already taken some Countertechnique classes, and who want to go deeper.

Maximum participants: 35. Participants are accepted on a first come first serve basis.
