CLASS DESCRIPTION
Countertechnique Founder Anouk van Dijk teaches a full week of open classes in the beautiful studio of Company LeineRoebana, leading up to the inaugural, three-day full-time workshop, Winter Warming Amsterdam.
This class series offers time to work in-depth, and to get yourself more familiarized with Countertechnique.
The Countertechnique classes are all about enabling dancers to move bigger, more fluidly and more spatially, while becoming more aware of their surroundings, with more space in the body, less pressure on the joints, and more range of motion.
Classes are designed for professional dance artists and senior dance students who seek refinement and inspiration for their daily training, who look for like-minded peers, and like to dance their hearts out.
Be prepared to work proactively, come break a sweat and start the day with a smile!
