A four-day dance workshop designed as a mid-year reset. Shake off the season. Dance your heart out. Meet like-minded dance artists.
Bring fresh perspectives into your dancing and performing.

Each day includes:
•⁠  ⁠Countertechnique class
•⁠  ⁠Practical Tools sessions
•⁠  ⁠Creative exploration and performance work

Together we explore how to:
— fuel the imagination
— use simple tasks to get moving
— create out of nothing
— sustain a creative work ethic
— even when circumstances are not in our favour

Designed for professional dance artists and senior dance students ready to work proactively, think creatively, and move at a high physical level.

Anouk van Dijk will be assisted by Countertechnique Teacher Griffin Massey.

All days: 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
Participants must be able to attend the entire period.

PROGRAM FEES
