Body Detour gathers wonderful international artists in the summer to share their artistries in Taiwan, Taipei. We welcome participants of all ages who has experiences in physical work and comes from all backgrounds of performing arts, to take a journey together in an interdisciplinary environment. The Body Detour workshop series is a mixture of dance and theater classes, lectures and discussions, with even more specific subjects in voice training, clowning, martial-art, dance-theater repertoire learning and workshop-creations where you actually participate a creative process with our invited artists.
Amongst other workshops, Countertechnique classes are offered every morning of the first week in the 2022 edition. The 2022 edition will happen during July 11 - July 30 in Taipei, Taiwan.
