The workshop will start each day with a 1 hour 45 minute Countertechnique class followed by a 1 hour Practical Tools session, which will introduce different tools each day.
After lunch, you will engage in Repertoire & Creation, learning material from one of Anouk van Dijk’s most recent works, Common Ground while also creating new material, applying the Countertechnique tools.
